Lukas Zvaigzne named Outside Ideas 2024 Apprentice of the Year

Congratulations to Lukas Zvaigzne who has been voted by his peers as the 2024 Outside Ideas Apprentice of the Year. Lukas is the sixth Apprentice of the Year to win a car, and the second to win this title as a second year apprentice. Outside Ideas values our apprentices and knows they are the future of our company. 32% of our team that work on site began their career with Outside Ideas as an apprentice. Lukas has been with Outside Ideas since 2023 and works with the structural concrete team. The early mornings and long pours haven’t scared him off. He has a bright future in our company, and we are grateful for his hard work. For his efforts, Lukas has won a new Toyota Hilux.
