Outside Ideas has completed our second NEXTDC data centre for Lendlease in 2024 after completing our first for Kapitol Group in West Footscray in 2022.
NEXTDC in Footscray was Outside Ideas’ first project for Kapitol Group. The soft landscaping package included earthworks, irrigation, imported topsoil, planting, paving and concrete footings to the carpark and entry areas of the brand new data centre.
At the Frome and Pirie Street intersection in the Adelaide CBD, Outside Ideas completed the demolition and removal of existing asphalt and concrete footpaths, construction of new footpaths, granite paving, soft landscaping, and 60m2 of fire compliant green walling to the façade of the brand new Adelaide data centre for Lendlease. We were awarded this project due to our proven experience in successfully delivering landscaping and civil works on busy city sites with tight access and within tight timeframes.
