City of Prospect awards Outside Ideas the Livingstone Avenue Upgrade contract

The City of Prospect has awarded Outside Ideas the $2.6 million contract to upgrade Livingston Avenue in Prospect. The scope includes the reconstruction of a roundabout, stormwater, kerbing and asphalt, as well as paving and driveway crossovers.
