Congratulations to Callum Fuss who has been voted by his peers as the 2025 Outside Ideas Apprentice of the Year. Callum is the seventh Apprentice of the Year to win a brand new Toyota Hilux, and the third to win this title as a Second Year Apprentice.
Our people are our most valuable asset, and we invest heavily in our Apprentices as they are the future of our workforce. 37% of the team who work on site began their career with Outside Ideas as an Apprentice.
Callum joined Outside Ideas in January 2024 and has recently put in many great hours on the Transforming Jetty Road project, particularly on night shift – which is an enormous help to the team and to the overall success of the project.
