Outside Ideas was awarded the civil and landscaping packages for the Folia Tullamore residential apartment complex by Mirvac.
Mirvac was both builder and developer on this project. Construction commenced on site in March 2021 and was completed in June 2021.
The scope included construction of a carpark, kerbing and asphalt works, along with landscaping to balconies and the ground floor level. Outside Ideas also completed wet lay stone paving, concreting, in situ concrete walls and stairs, as well as arbours and Corten steel planter boxes. This project was a good opportunity for Outside Ideas to demonstrate our capabilities in civil construction.
