From December 2023 to handover in July 2024, Outside Ideas delivered the hard and soft landscaping for Built at Coopers Brand Home.
The Coopers grounds at Regency Park have always had immaculate lawns, and when the opportunity to be a part of South Australian history presented itself, it was clear that this would become an important project for Outside Ideas. Every aspect of this project needed to be delivered to the highest quality to ensure it met the standard required for this iconic development.
Outside Ideas was responsible for the construction of the outdoor plaza, concrete pavements, clay paving, steel planters, planting, and Santa Ana lawn. Outside Ideas coordinated with several other trades who were on site working to meet the project deadline. The concrete elements of this project were poured in the peak of summer and needed to be carefully managed to ensure each pour went off without a hitch.
Outside Ideas’ landscaping experience has equipped us with the knowledge and expertise to be able to make recommendations for materials and methodology substitutions that offer both cost savings and program efficiencies on projects of this complexity and scale. The Outside Ideas project team worked closely with Tim and Louise Cooper to assist with design changes and value management solutions that ensured the project met their budget without compromising on the quality finishes and high standards that Coopers wanted to achieve for its new Home.
