Working for Hacer Group, this project gave Outside Ideas the opportunity to demonstrate our experience in large scale apartment complexes.
The scope included both hard and soft landscaping over a carpark basement along with street furniture to the common areas of the development and street tree planting.
The feature of this project was a central courtyard on ground level that included a 400 square metre lawn and garden area that sits above the undercroft carpark. This outdoor recreational area includes shelters and barbeque areas available for use by residents.
Works commenced on site in July 2020 and were completed in March 2021. The Burwood Brickworks project was heavily affected by COVID-19 restrictions and was subsequently delayed due to construction shutdowns in Victoria. Since completing this project, Outside Ideas has developed a strong working partnership with Frasers Property Australia.
