Outside Ideas was awarded the Roxby Downs Police Station in November 2010 for Candetti Construction, the project was a challenge because it was on a very tight deadline and was 600 kilometres north of Adelaide. A transport company was engaged to deliver our materials up to site and we sent five employees there to stay for the three week duration of the project.

The scope included paving to 550 square metres using Boral 300 x 300mm pavers, planting of over 1,500 plants, an automatic irrigation system using sub surface drip line; installation of black granite boulders brought up from Adelaide and craned into place. On completion the gardens were mulched using both organic mulch and Stonefield pebbles. The weather was very hot and the guys worked long weeks to have the job completed a week ahead of schedule.
