Due to being announced as the state finalist in the Medium Employer category of the SA Training Awards, Outside Ideas will be representing the state in the 2020 Australian Training Awards. We are honoured to be recognised for the training and leadership initiatives we have introduced in the past 12 months, the most significant being our partnership with Construction Training Academy (CTA). In partnering with CTA, we are ensuring that all our employees receive the best possible opportunities for training and career development. Thank you to the Training and Skills Commission and the Department for Innovation and Skills for the opportunity to represent SA on a national stage. The national awards will be judged in November, with winners being announced towards the end of the month.
