Outside Ideas has long had intrinsic company values that encapsulate the meaning of our team culture. Now, after careful consultation with our employees, we have documented these values. We brainstormed with our leadership team and surveyed every staff member to find out what it takes to be a great employee at Outside Ideas. Here is the list of values we came up with as a result:
